A new user with less than 200 (two hundred) actual post (actual post: refer to Fakku General Rule and FAQ Article 13 Clause 1 about total post and actual post count) must suck the genitalia of at least 10 (ten) or more users with 500 (five hundred) or more actual post count the first time he/she posts in Incoherent Babbling section. The said user must comply in maximum time limit of 168 hours after first post. Failure in doing so is punishable by:
a. Moderator rape
b. Moderator gang-rape
c. Administrator and Moderator gang-rape
