Making a whole new thread for this seems kinda unnecessary given the fact that an appropriate thread for discussing NTR does already exist.
Some people like it, some people don't. I myself am one of the latter, but I do understand that different people have different preferences, and I respect that.
This was my post on the NTR main thread, written right after finishing some Nagare Ippon stuff.

I really don't know how other people can take it, but I seriously cannot.
A good, well-plotted NTR should make a deep emotional impact on 99% of its readers. If a NTR story is able to piss you off / make you rage / make your stomach feel weird (it's not the feeling known as "love" I'm talking about) in a really bitter way, then ... well then the doujin / anime / eroge / whatever has done its job quite nicely. That's the whole purpose of this genre.
I - for myself - can't really stand it. I do like to read doujins containing rape from time to time, but usually those particular doujins are all fantasy-esque and don't really relate to real-life in any way (I guess that's why tentacles and stuff like that don't annoy people as much).
As for NTR type stories ... well they often do relate to real-life situations that nobody ever want to find him-/herself in. Especially in hentai, as it often contains continous rape plus mindbreaking.
A well-plotted NTR would always do either of the following:
Either: Put the reader / viewer into the 'protagonists' point of view
Or: Put the reader / viewer into a neutral position
Or: Mix up both options above
I guess I don't have to argue that neither of these routes are really appealing for quite a large amount of people.
I can only speak from my point of view, but here's what I think of it:
If the story puts me directly in the POV of the protagonist (the one who gets NTR'd) I'd usually stop reading / playing / watching said story any further, because I don't really like the feeling of those kind of things happening to me (who actually does?), and that's just rather mildly expressed.
If the story puts me into a rather neutral position, where I know exactly what's happening, well the feeling is even kinda scarier for me. It's basically looking at a happy couple getting ripped apart by the selfishness of some random jerks, knowing exactly that I can't do anything to change that but I still feel that I have to read the whole thing for the sake of consistency, because in theory it's not me who's getting NTR'd.
If the story mixes both of the above options ... well it's just cruel to the peace of my mind, can't really say more.
I enjoy reading / watching hentai for great art, nice sex scenes and actually good plot compared to ANY other type of porn (only compared to other types of porn) and I usually don't want to take hentai plots serious. And I do want to have the feeling that I can peacefully fap to hentai, because ya know love makes the world go around and such (well money as well ... but let's look at love here). NTR just makes it impossible for me to do so, I've stated my opinion above, I don't know how other people feel about this topic. And while I do respect those people who actually like NTR (for whatever reasons), I just can't find myself enjoying such things.
Sadly, most NTR doujins I read have really great art. It's really tempting to read a newly released doujin when you can only see one single, really hot and well drawn page as thumbnail on the frontpage, so it usually makes you wanna read them.
At least I've learned to better watch out for the tags to be able to steer away from such doujins / animes / games in time.
Sry for the wall'o'text, I was just typing right out of my heart (sort of)
