It's been here for a while I think, at least up here in Canada. And yeah, I believe mostly cellphones and tablets.
I knew what they were like 4 or 5 years ago cause I was a weeb who used them with friends and such but most people had no clue about them at that time really. It's just weird to see Obama using the term (also from Canada but I don't really cellphone so)
