Am I a newb/noob to you all? Do you all see me as some new user on the forums, or someone who doesn't understand how forums operate and doesn't have the common sense to look at the OP. Which I did do.... my first post here was a spoiler containing an image implying my curiosity of this thread and its posters. I could have come in doing what you may consider my "usual" thing, but since I DID read the OP I knew how I was expected to behave. I am rather disappointed and borderline offended.

I shall digress, but I felt I needed to say how I felt upon being greeted, again I do appreciate that I was even greeted at all.

you seem to mistook it, it not the noob part is the reason why we are pointing you towards the rules, it the posting part in the rules we want you to check, if you have a problem with us just asking you to check the rules, well that is your problem not mine. It not any ones intent to offend you, but if you are still hurt by this, then perhaps your being too sensitive, if you still feel the way you do, you don't HAVE to post here, I just figure to let you know to check the rules, nothing more, nothing less
