Poetry time!

Dedicated to my shitty life growing up. Also I know this poem sucks that's why I posted it in IB. Wrote it back in high school, pretty sure it needs to be scrapped, but I keep it to remember the worst times of my life.: Thorns of Despair and Thoughts of Hope: You don't know me, don't say you know my history. Future is a mystery, everything ahead looks blurry. Life could be better, but others also live in fetter. Kids dying of starvation, parents who abandon them. A brand of perverseness, burned to force obedience. A wellspring of death, clinging to the last breath. Kicked around and shoved, not ever once was I loved. Fearful inspiration brought forth abnormal dedication. Cowering and shivering, the sting of needles blistering. Numbness froze my brain as my world was engulfed in rain. Hiding from the past, only to find out my peace cannot last. Treading through the mud, a trail engulfed in my own blood. Who says that family is good? Who says I can be understood? I'll endure each and every painful test... Once I've withstood them, I finally rest...
