press print screen on ur keyboard then open Paint then ctrl + v, save as a Jpeg image then host it up... hope it helps

right click>properties>desktop>customisze desktop>web>new
enter the url of the .swf file
( that's how it is on XP, anyway )
Its a windows side bar gadget.
