Actually I do have one person I kinda know, I got Medea pretty early on
You can use all your bronze ones, but I would save your Silver and Gold ones for 4* or 5* servants.
@Azelle: it has a chance to drop them, but it's mostly for mats. Red dungeons drop the exp cards so today would be lancer and assassin I believe.

@zammy as far as levels they used to have a master exp quests every weekend with the 30ap quest giving 34k exp when finished you could spam it and not run out of ap till lvl 60 lol

It's possible yes I've had it happen twice it starts as a sliver then switches to gold once for a 4star rider and once on alt for arturia
I was assuming you were the lvl 9 with the lvl 1 tamamo cat so I added it lol lemme know if I was wrong
