Not everyone can play every game. I played shit like Mario, Sonic, Zelda, Spyro, Final Fantasy, Pokemon, etc.
Any form of shooter esque game I didn't even give a glance at. In fact I didn't get into shooters until I picked up Halo.

tbh, it was the overhype everyone seemed to have for Halo 3 back in '07 that got me into R&C in the first place. All the meatheads at school went out and got it, and I didn't get along with them, so I went and got a PS3. Started playing R&C soon afterwards.
I've played all the games up until Deadlocked and this was all way before I owned any playstation systems, It's a cool series and if someone were to give me one of the newer ones I would definitely play it, but I could go without ever playing one again.
