I'm alright with spending money, but for some reason it didn't want my card to go through and declined the purchase for the next half an hour. No idea why.

I user named Xhimitsu made it for me, but I haven't seen her around for quite a while.

You have to buy Google play credit and then use that to make transactions.

If you buy 50 gems, not counting the bonus gems, you will be able to use the 1 time rare summon pull. Which pretty much guarantees a rare if not multiple ones. Aside from that you can do the Mordred pull or wait for the Tits Tight Master pull.

Where do I get these cards from? I checked the store, but it's not really telling me anything.

This is very quickly becoming more trouble than its worth it.

The Google play credit is under other payment options and then scroll down.

The little cross looking symbol in your menu is the summon gate.

I don't have the credit option; all I can do is either input my credit card or redeem a gift card code, and I'd have to get one from a shop (which isn't really an option for me).

I already have the interface for game figured out, but thanks anyway.

Weird there should be arrow next to the yen amount on the quartz then you should hit payment methods and then scroll down to Buy Google Play credit

Yeah, I figured as much, it's just that it's not there.

I suppose maybe it's just an American thing, since I don't like in the States.

I already looked through most of the sites, but I can't seem to find any answer at all. And to be honest, I don't really have the time or energy to manually grind out all the Quartz (not to mention the only character I really want at this point is Sca-chan).

It might be just an emulator thing though. The Droid thing isn't very stable from what I noticed (it disconnects me from the game every 10-15 minutes, and it takes really long while to load some parts); I'll try it again once I move to my desktop.
