Well, now I have to call Google, because my card is being declined, rather than just getting an error.
I'd just want to know if it's okay if I call support outside of my country? Because none of the countries around here use English.
Id say call your card first now since its declining they might have blocked it. They did mine once cause I made a few phone game purchases close together. They flagged the multiple small transactions to the same place and locked it.
I'd imagine even if you called one of the google supports number for the area you are they should have someone who speaks english
Do they have online chat support?
I don't think it's my card, given that I'm the one who has to call them to block anything; if it /is/ my card, then I'm fucked, because actually unlocking it will take months of work and is just plain not worth it. (It's a French bank, so that would require me either showing up in person, or writing a dozen of letters).
I'd try calling local Google support but it's closed and it's only in local language (which is Danish). I haven't seen anything else, really.
I've been given a link by one of my friends to a Google Wallet support center,
which has a 24/7 phone and chat support though, maybe I can start with that?
EDIT: My card was declined once before, ironically the next time I tried the shop it actually worked (which was when I made my first purchase, actually).

Okay, then that's what I'm going to do.
Anyway, it seems like it is a card problem now, since I decided to use a different card, and the payment went through. So I guess I'll try to figure out whether the problem is on the side of the store or bank.
Either way though, I managed to roll a Mordred and Stheno.
SO FUCKING WORTH IT.
