That's the thing though, the emails go to my concierge (who doesn't speak English lol), and even if I write them in French for her, it still takes her a couple of days to just reply. Not to mention, anything regarding my card also needs my authorization, which I can only provide vocally (through a phone), or by sending them a signed letter
or being in my branch office physically.
At least their support speaks English, so even though I loose money, it's probably the surest way of solving it.
What really angers me though, it's that they don't tell me these things, even though it's my fucking card. You'd think they'd send me a message or something, but nooooppppeeeee.
At least my Steam works, though I dunno for how long.
Yeah sounds like a pain in the ass.
Honestly when you call this time I would make sure you take care of everything so you dont have to deal with it again
