I'm really worried on putting personal information on the internet due to the things I've heard of hacking of accounts on social media. what is the safe and the not safe thing to post on the internet? for example this website. what are the things you think that you shouldn't post on this website and sharing stories that happen on your everyday life ok? giving names of people and street name ok? or not? and what is 4chan?

Don't use unencrypted payments on sites.
Use reloadable cards. If you lose fifty buck is better then 2 years of claim and forms just to get your shit back and credit restore.
Don't say anything with name/number/CC/Address
Don't upload anything you don't want out.

Use VPN
Use a thumbdrive for nudes/pics/sentive info.

Only do your address when paying for something at an encrypted site which most should be.

I've been hacked before, but as a sick joke via a nasty roommate during college dorm life. So even if you don't put any personal info out there shit can happen.

Basically put what you feel comfortable with, if you are someone who get's threatened or hurt easily then you'd probably just stick to keeping more private, because anything you say can be used against you. Basically your first name, age, general location (such as the state you are from, not the city nor address), likes/dislikes is fine. Personal life stories is fine, but again keep to yourself if you're sensitive.

Addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc shouldn't be public. Freaky s advice is good advice to follow as well. Post pic's at your discretion (nudes will come back to haunt you so think before you post).

I think sharing personal stories are fine, but while most of the stories you might share here on Fakku are sex-related, I feel that names should be left out. Going by first names should be fine, but I personally prefer to stick with just saying "this girl" (or something similar) when sharing my own stories.

As for myself, I'm absolutely fine giving people my first name (or rather my middle name because I refer going by that) and age/birthday. I won't go around giving people my full address, obviously, but I'm fine with giving my city and state.

I hardly ever give anybody my phone number right off the bat. I might decide to talk to somebody through Kik if I decide to talk to them more personally and I generally keep it to that. I do occasionally give out my number, but that's only after we've been talking for a long while and I feel like we're getting along well.
