CVs are more detailed than resume, yeah?
I don't know the difference and I'm not interested enough to Google it, just always assumed resume was the American term for CV.
If I had to write one I wouldn't mind doing so its just I really have nothing write other than my one unofficial job, I graduated HS with a diploma, and goal is to go college. I just don't understand these people.
Take up voluntary work. It's what I did (and still do) and included it in my CV. Since the retail aspect was relevant to the job I was accepted to do
Slave Labour Work Experience and my willingness to learn later on got me a (part time) job at the same place. Your experience may vary but basically it helps to do other things.
I forgot to mention but you probably already know, they also discriminate on appearence if you aren't up to par with their standards. They're not supposed to but they do. But that's why we're always told to apply to many places.
In England we're always encouraged to use "attractive keywords" when forced by the Jobcentre to do a CV building course. But the sentence structure they make us use makes us all sound the same, as I realised from reading people's CVs who've applied to where I work.
