8/10 I used to watch that show when I was in middle school when they called it Masked Rider in the U.S.i suggest you to see Kamen Rider the Next. this is the Movie version of Kamen Rider series. the story tells about the origin of Kamen Rider itself (Kamen Rider RX isn't the original Kamen Rider since the previous Kamen Rider always wears a scarf).
Spoiler:
you can expect a bloody fighting mixed with horror storyline from this movie (a similiar horror creature from The Ring appears).
Note : Kamen Rider is a Cyborg (but i prefer to call them Remodeled Human),but that's limited only for their body. that's why they're wearing a Mask (thus named them Masked Rider) to cover their heads.
