Subject: Adoption of New Weather Protocols
SoCal, it has been brought to my attention that you have still been using the outdated Summmer weather protocols, and are planning to continue doing so over the weekend. As you should well know by now, September is when the rest of the sane Northern Hemisphere starts using the Fall/Autumn weather protocols. Please cease and desist all Summer protocols and implement the Fall/Autumn ones immediately.
For your reference, summer protocols include:
*Temperatures above 90 degrees F
*Sunny and cloudless skies
*Hot winds
*Dry air
Fall/Autumn protocols include:
*Temperatures below 70 degrees F
*Cloudy skies
*Occasional rain
*Cold winds
*Cool moist air
If you have any questions about the implementation of the above weather, please talk to Mother Earth and/or the wind brothers and they will help you out.

It's cute yes, but I can't always be around to take care of it...plus, I feel bad about having a caged animal. Oh, well. I guess I'm stuck with it. I'll buy it some stuff and name it Captain Hamham. Or just Hamham.
