No need now. I beat that bitch with my mother fucking Red Gyarados. Trained it to level 40, taught it Ice Fang and chewed her up. Also caught Ho-oh on the first try with an Ultra Ball while I was at it.

For me I taught it Surf, Earthquake, Amnesia, and something else, I haven't checked lately.
But it's also my answer for Rock, Ground, and Electric types.

They are are at the mercy of grass types, though. Now I gotta prepare for the elite four. I have an open slot in my pokemon party so I think I'll fill that in with a Mismagius.
