Raze mentioned this thing in his latest update. I found that image on Danbooru a couple days ago and saved it not knowing what it was. I found these links via /rs/. I scrolled through it and didn't see anything too special (unfortunately, it's not centered around meido as the pic would suggest), but I heard that Naruko was known for her stories, so that might change once this thing gets translated.
