[color=#006FFF]I think it's just a drawing/sketch, but what I do know is that it's more than likely drawn by Miwa Shirow, the magaka for DOGS: Bullets & Carnage, considering the blank and sketchy style of it. Not to mention that the monster looks almost identical to some of the things in DOGS.
