I find face to be equally- if not more- important.
Within actual human proportions, natch- but a reasonably close semblance.
I will admit that the Lightning is kinda boyish in that regard- but it was the stunning execution of the outfit that I was judging that one on.
Violet won points for being somewhat off the beaten path, and generally well done. Simplistic doesn't affect the score in either way.
And Bayonetta for the criteria most generally used.

It's exclusivity doesn't matter though because it's either an exclusive or it doesn't end up existing.

And sure it will with enough demand soon or later it will be made, plus if it was cross console it will bring in more money, and might even bring in a third game.

How do you not understand that they did not have the money to make it?
It's either exclusive or never gets made, the niche following this game has isn't enough for it to be simply made on the merit of some people wanting it to be made. Look at the sales for the 1st game, now look at Sega's budget(Sega isn't as in bad position as Capcom, but their continuation of stupid choices might kill them). If you're too dense to even understand that, then you're hopeless.
