Through a lovely twitter account @BadSonicFanart, who tweets loads of absolutely horrendous and cringy Sonic fanart, I came across some weird shit.
A twitter account of Tails the Fox, but... he's an F1 race car driver.
Huh. Well alright.
But then I delved deeper and found out that Indy-500 Tails here is part of a whole team of F1 racers, who all have their own independent twitter accounts as well.
The team consists of Tails, Shadow the Hedgehog, Dora the Explorer, Super Snooper & Jenny Snooper, [size=10](from the late 50's early 60's cartoon Snooper & Blabber)[/h], Fancy-Fancy [size=10](from the 60's cartoon Top Cat)[/h], much of the cast of Sly Cooper.... I could go on but I really don't want to.
And they're completely serious, too.
...and Dora has a belly-button fetish.

I think all the accounts are run by the same guy. Maybe two guys.

Sonic fans always have perplexed me. They seem even stranger than the bronies. The difference being sonic used to be cool, where as ponies always sucked.

At first I thought it was some sort of gimmick for an actual team of F1 racers—the pseudonyms they go by—and thought to myself "That's actually pretty fucking cool." But now I realize it's some weird fucker lost in fantasy land. Slightly less awesome, but I wouldn't exactly call it scary, I've come across weirder.

He's not wrong though, the more recent games, particularly Sonic colors, have been much better than the games that came out in the 2000's, that being said there are much better video game franchises out there, and the kid is a complete brat.
