The thing about subway is that depending on what you order it can be just as bad as a greasy burger.
But for the most part yea I would say it's better. I work at McDonalds, and you know having double the normal amount of cholesterol is not very fun.
To be absolutely honest, if I ate Carl's Jr. everyday instead of Subway I am pretty sure I'd be in worse shape. I mean sure, if you pile the meat, cheese and sauce on you are adding calories but the greasy burgers far outweigh the amount of calories in subs loaded with veggies and a little bit of meat and dairy products.
