*searching for Bookih' corn soup recipe*

what do want to use as your base liquid? broth, cream?

and fresh or canned corn O_O?

and or rice / potatoes?

I'd rather have it corn only, tho...

well the easiest is just to cook rice, set it aside

add some oil to a pot, till it gets hot, take the corn and cut the kernels off and then sautee them in the pot

add your broth, salt, pepper, seasonings? if u want. and bring to a simmer and then it's all done

now u can add rice into it to make it more filling, but its up to you O_O

I would have suggested:
Sauteing some onions, garlic, and shallots, potatoes (diced and only put in 1/2 of what you have), and 1/2 corn - adding the broth (and if you have like milk/soy milk/ or a dairy substitute close to milk, maybe yogurt? add a bit of that) salt, pepper, white pepper, a pinch of dill, and some chili pepper. Bring to a boil then blend it all together, then add the rest of the corn, and bring back to a simmer and serve >.>
