im okay, hands feel better, everything else is worse....actually i can tell if my hands are better or just numb either way they dont hurt as much or itch as bad, but i have a bad feeling about this since i read online that if the rash reaches the finger tips and around my finger nails I might lose the finger nails........... :/

It dehydrates you cause it has caffience which is a diuretic (causes the kidneys to produce more urine than normal).

Drink water to stay hydrated! Not tea!
