if you want to help that be useful as well, every time I scan all my comp finds are cookies, but not the cause/root, so I have to scan routinely or my comp get majorly slow due to the cookies being there. Anyone got ideas?

I scan and all it finds are the cookies, which are all spy cookies, and ad stuff, can you recommend a good program that might actually find the cause of these.

Well, I seem to be running just fine with Avast Antivirus home edition. It's free.
But, if you're already using that, then I can't really help you except to say that from now on, unless you're on websites you trust, to turn off Javascript for your browser (it adds a layer of safety so people can't attack with pop-ups).
