1: Meh, how to translate this to english...
It's called dödölle. It's made out of potatoes, salt, flour and onions. Boil the potatoes, mash them, add some salt, mix it with flour until it's sticky and hard to stir. Than shredd it with a spoon into a baking sheet and let it bake. Now warm some oil and chop the onion (lots of it) put the onion into the oil and cook it until it's glassy. When the potatoe-flour mix is halway mix the whole stuff together and put it back into the owen. Often rotate the now noodles (meh rather large, but... *watering mouth*) When it's done it should be crunchy but not burnt and the onions in it should be kinda sweet. When you eat it you can put sour cream on it. It's awsome really.

Anyways,

I'd take better care of my teeth. I mean, it's not really a mistake, cuz I didn't know I'd have to do extra (not just brush and floss) thanks to my family genetics, but if I had known sooner what I know now, I'd have made sure to get the things I needed before my teeth got this bad.
