Well, I brought some garlic bread at the store a little while back. When opening one of them to add spices before sticking it in the oven, I discovered it had no garlic butter.. that's right. It was a defect. I had bought garlic bread that turned out to be just french bread.

So I wrapped it up again and forgot about it.

Lately I saw it, and I didn't want to waste food.. so I took it back out, toasted it in the oven, than layered chili, cheese, and salsa on it making it a poor man's sloppy joe type thing. I don't even know what to call it. lol
