There's actually less that 1% of overall hentai that's Anti-NTR. The most you'd find are hentai fan-fiction that meets that criteria. Here's one that I wrote. It takes after the end of Furyou ni Hamerarete Jusei Suru Kyonyuu Okaa-san. In fact, most (if not, all) of my stories are Anti-NTR.

So like "Turn of M" style where it looks like character is getting cheated on and taking advantage(love one, friends, savages, etc) of but at the very end it was just a ploy out of the MC and his love one true nature/fetish into getting ntr literally at the very end of the story.
Heck I even remember this one doujinshi whose name escapes me where there was this couple who were out in the woods and the woman was pregnant and suddenly they get attack by this weird blob of a tentacle monster with a face and starts to ntr the living shit out of the husband to the point where the monster even ate the baby from the womb and started impregnate the wife and she rapidly gave birth to these weird worm leeches. Then the page after that the monster I believe got paralyzed or something by the husband and show that it was just a ploy by the couple to get his babies and sell them in the black market for huge amounts of money. After that it goes into this short explanation that this monsters are very big rich in oil or some other expensive chemical shit when they are extremely young but they are extremely hard to find. This being the easiest way to do it since the monster tends to get attracted to pregnant woman and unwary couples the most and the monster dies a couple of days later after impregnating them. Its funny cause the monster just get this stupid look in his face while saying ehh ahh whaaat and at the very end crying for his children.
