Context: https://www.fakku.net/viewtopic.php?t=47946 Analysis: Oh dear, where to begin? In an incredible show of conceptual hypocrisy, the thread is titled "Unsaid Thoughts". A simple glance at the contents reveals that a good oh, say 100% of the thoughts are, in fact, said*. Why this thread is 2000+ pages is beyond me. Is there like an inner monologue tug-of-war here between !URGENT! and :OHTHESHAME:? Are people are walking around like, "Wow I've gotta say this I've gotta say this but instead of telling someone like a friend I'll post it on the forums. But NO it's too shameful and cannot be said! If only there was a way I could say it and pretend I hadn't actua- golly that's right we have a thread for this!"? Then there are the rants. People have always been using this thread to vent. Why they couldn't use a "Venting" or "GRR POST WHY YOU'RE MAD" thread is a mystery. As an almost inevitable consequence, forum users began ranting about each other in this thread. For some reason only you and people not associated to the one you are slandering can read your rants. Or maybe you are intentionally trying to incite someone, with your "Yeah I totally showed them with my clever post revealing these COMPLETELY MYSTERY parties of less-than-illustrious standing for what they truly are!" post. Lastly I'm sure you all remember the years of teenage angst (or at least someone who experienced a spell of it). It's the period where you got a blog, or I suppose it is a Twitter nowadays, and posted incredibly passive-aggressive complaints about how your life is terrible or how society has wronged you in every way imaginable. This jewel of a forum thread appears to be filled-to-the-brim with these types of posts. Now I know that not everyone in there is 15 years old, so the ONLY rational hypothesis is that the (oh-so) interesting mix of ranting and hypocrisy has coalesced into some horrid form of negative energy that adversely affects the posting styles of all who enter. No other explanations possible. *"Say", "Saying", "Said", or all variations thereof can be understood to reflect text written by user(s), as this is the primary (and often only) form of forum communication.

I use it. Thoughts I won't share with the person, or anybody else in any clear context. It's good to say it, get rid of the thought and move on.

Looks like you're having the same problem as Drifter995.

Seems like I have around 10 or so people who support this endeavor. I'll probably write up a thread weekly or bi-weekly. If anyone has suggestions for a thread they think would be a good fit for this series, please message me. Thank you.

Why not cover the whole CTFG then?

Things aside, while CTFG has huggles, IB has trolls and rage against new users, it would be more worth your time if you actually analyze IB instead of CTFG IMO.

I am not, as I was saying, rather than discussing a children's thread, why not IB? It is more worth it. I am completely fine with IB, I was just stating a point lol

IB is exactly what it says it is, Incoherent Babbling...CTFG is more ridiculous and childish

There are plenty of threads to analyze there, my favorite one, be the last one to post, which is particularly absurd, various "personal" threads that seem to proliferating like rabbits, and the random "user above you" threads

Doesnt mean absurd is a bad thing though.

This is a consideration. In this manner it could also be performed without singling out anyone's thread specifically.

Pardon my rudeness, but, by doing this, what is it going to change?
I don't see a way for you doing this will change or fix what's going on in there, or unless you just felt like doing this after what you saw.
