You don't normally pay attention to it but when you stop to think you'll notice a lot of anime characters are drawn having one set of eyebrows almost in touch with the eyes, one high on their forehead and sometimes even one between the two. Because apparently one can never have too many eyebrows.

I believe those would be eyelashes and wrinkles.
