So i ask, what things that decide the pattern in Sakuya's "suddenly appear" hell of knives ? Since when i take a look at it, the pattern is always within your graze range and try to caging you.

To be honest, I still haven't figured out THAT pattern lolol. What I can say is, if you play focused, when the straight line of blue knives is around halfway away, move either right or left for your first move, then keep doing this, but by going in the opposite direction from your previous move. If you've acted too fast or made a wrong move, then go left-up/right-up, depending on the direction you're heading, like I did at 0:20. It actually looked like I was lucky, but I knew that it be would alright.

If you're not playing focused, use the same strategy as focused but start moving when the straight line of blue knives is almost hitting your hit box or when it's near/touching your head.

One thing I know is that the gray knives are coming for you =) Really, don't be afraid to move. Even if a yellow knife is in the way, quickly dodge it while you keep moving.

I saw the Silver Knives there don't have any intention to kill. It's more like "caging", so you will be killed by her Green (you said it's yellow) Knives. Blue Knives used for warning and forced you to move to the caging spot.

But 0:20 nullified my opinion because of that extreme tight spot lol.

Have you try to not moving right or left after she throws the Blue Knives ? I mean you just stay there, letting the blue knives grazed you without doing any movement.

Yeah, with MariAli, since their range isn't that great, I had to often stay below Sakuya but, if you stay there and graze the Blue Knives, the Silver ones will come at you...

Wow, I swear it was yellow, maybe I was mislead by the flashing yellow aura that she made to shoot her green knives haha

Heck, i maybe wrong about the color as well, lol.

But will the silver knives really come at you ? I thought it's used only for caging ?
I really need to get my butt on Imperishable Night it seems.

Yep, they really come at you and I just kind of figured it out by trying out again, the silver knives reproduce, kind of, the path that you take by a stream of about 9 lines, so if you stay still, they'll come at you, if you don't move quickly enough to avoid the 9 lines, the final lines will get you.

Me too, friend showed me that the characters made Touhou cosplays in the anime, so downloaded it but haven't gotten myself to watch it yet... Gogo lazy lol.
