Users could role-play (MSN, Skype, other thread etc.) as Touhou characters. Any results or interesting stories could get posted here.

Mello feels re-energized after successfully claiming his new waifu. Now Mello shall work on the story a little while before heading out to the weekly MTG event, and work some more through the night of the weekend. Maybe I'll go for some ramen for extra energy later on, too...

I think it's alright to start out with few.
Once the ball gets rolling and we have something for people to see, more can join up.
Unless, we will have a huge recruitment drive.
Angel should have some proposals ready for you, at any rate.
