I can't even tell what's going on here.

Neither can I, I thought I took care of all the things over the weekend, but apparently I didn't. The only reason it came down to this was cuz she wouldn't do it herself, some how, it again, all is my responsibility and I wanted to just rage at her and say if I am doing it wrong, then why don't you fix it and stop bitching at me for doing it wrong. If all I do is keep messing it up, then I can't learn if you don't show me the correct way... >_>

You know, this is what I tell my GM at work a good bit. She likes to talk about how I do X wrong, but I was never showed how to it do in a correct way, so I just do it in a way where it gets done and over with, but when I tell her, "well because no one ever showed or told me how to this" she gets pissed at me because my store never whats to tell anyone anything a lot of the damn time.

I can already imagine, me telling her off, she would just say how I am supervisor, so I should already know how to do things the right way. I've already been formally written up for something that if a regular employee did, they wouldn't, they'd just be advised they made a mistake. It was a small mistake, but a mistake nonetheless, but since it was a supervisor that made the mistake... >_>.

and the funny thing is this is the start of a new pay cycle, so if I did but in 56 hours, that still means I have another week to try and go for a 100hrs on my paycheck...

Those are hours you'd pull as a Doctor a lot of the time, but if you're a Doctor you don't get pay by hour anyways, but still holy shit. I'm pretty sure I'd be dead if I did that. Well most of the people i know would be dead if they did that. lol.

we get paid bi-weekly, not weekly, just to clear things up. So possibly 56 hours this week, then at least 40 next week, for anything possible from 96 to maybe 104 hours on 1 bi-weekly paycheck paid by the hour, so the first 80 hrs will be my normal rate and the remaining 20+ possible hours will be time and a half rate.

Don't you Americans do monthly pay checks?

I don't even want to think about what I could do with that type of a pay....

For some of the higher paying jobs, yes.
But most pay ever 2 weeks.

A large majority of non-salary jobs in America are set to pay employees every other week.

I don't I've heard of any jobs here to pay weekly or bi-weekly. Always monthly.
