Underage Sibling

Hello, I have an under aged sibling, aged 15 and I kinda overheard her mentioning about creating a Fakku account. I thought it is very cute but then she is still under aged!!! So, should I stop her? Allow her? Tell my relatives about it? Report her account if possible? What should I do? I do not want her getting yelled and lectured by my mom and dad or cornered by a dozen of men or masturbating in my room or ending up somewhere in a prison or what-so-ever. So, what can I do about this? Thank you for any feedback
