I couldn't find the internet options in Firefox [I'm using Chrome], so by default:
Control Panel>Network and Internet Connections>Internet Options>Connections>LAN Settings
tick the proxy box.
Find a proxy server [search 'proxy server' on Google]
Put the server in the box under 'use a proxy server' and it's port
bam you're done
