Same here. Is the install 13GB? Because all I can make out through the moonrunes are 13xxxxxKB and 6.xxGB. It's rather easy to discern.

I got the game over 3 months ago and I don't remember what I did. All I know is I got it to work. My only other advice would be to change your comp's locale to Japanese or use AppLocale to run the program.

Nope. How do you do that?
Control Panel > Region and Language > Administrative Tab > Change System Locale > Set to Japanese > Restart Computer > Profit?
*EDIT*
Is the English Translation Patch with that Torrent DL? If so, I need to Install it, a bit harder if I can't understand what I'm trying to read....
