Social places? Bar, Coffee shop, etcYup. I don't know how it is in other countries but over here if you go somewhere alone then people kinda stay away from you. The English aren't ones for just going up to strangers. It's one of our flaws.

2021 UPDATE: still alive
It's 2022, and yet while there may be no bump yet, let this be proof - no matter how inconsequential - that I lived, I live and will continue living.
