Actually, you can't claim Kuroe von Einzbern. Kuroe is a twin existence formed from Ilya's original self. Since that falls underneath the jurisdiction of the rules
Multiple incarnations of the same character, however, cannot be claimed separately. Timelines, alternate dimensions, cloning- whatever the cause- they all count as a singular character.
, you'd have to claim Illyasviel von Einzbern in order to claim Kuroe, which someone already has.
And, as you probably already know, since she is Ilya, everyone just gave her the name of Kuro and she adopted it as Kuroe.

Was never a proven thing, just a theory since deleting posts made the bug even more apparent.

Seems to be mainly related to the occasional server trouble that causes people to double post. As far as I can tell based on the old Fakku version that was still showing the number of replies for threads as well, this number does for some reason not increase and the system thinks there are less posts in a thread than there really are, thereby showing less pages.
