A magical hybrd of Kenso Ogawa and Teri Terio for the scripts
Kenso Ogawa for the storyboards (with layot advice from Bosshi)
Tony Taka for pencils (charachters), and Kenso Ogawa again for the backgrounds
For the inks, I'm going to bringin somebody not from hentai and say Yoshikazu Yashiko, I've always admired his inking. Alternate inker would be NaPaTa as long as he avoids using screentones for color work (duh).
ack to Tony Taka/Homunculus for colors. (Homunculus doing the clothing, Taka doing everything else unless I can bring in gossa-tei for the background coloring, his/her approach is just so much more sensitive
Oh, and Bosshi just wandering in, injecting random levels of awesomeness.
As you can tell, I've spent WAY too much time conjuring up this magical chimera.
If I'd have to pick just one, Taka as long as he takes his time and learns to draw backgrounds well.
Pardon any missed spelling, my keybard is absolute shit at the moment.

Obviously different artsytles are nice for different things, but I'm rather fond of the aheagos ShindoL draws. I do like the lolis Satsuki Itsuka draws though.

Many people like Shindo's ahegao, but I like Tsukino Jyogi's way more. Fue's ahegao is nice too. But, my overall favourite is Shunjyo Shusuke's art I guess.
