IT at a sausage company. I fix PCs, phones, run cable (Ethernet and Phone), mount CCTVs, and boot up and log into a PC for someone...I wish I wasn't kidding about that last one.
I work at Carl's Jr. currently. Going to be going to college to upgrade next year and become a sheet metal worker or get into some other type of trade.

Sales assistant at a book/craft shop. Same one I did Work Experience for. If I'm not (re)pricing, taking a delivery in or getting stock out I'm on the tills or tidying up the shop floor.

The training for it was practically nonexistant. Everything I know I've had to cross the bridge when it came to it or I've had to ask questions myself.
First day on the till I was given a crash-and-burn course and, again, had to ask or get someone else to do something I wasn't familiar with.
Specialty Summary: Installs, inspects, repairs, and manages plumbing, water distribution, wastewater collection systems and components, fire suppression and backflow prevention systems. Complies with environmental and safety regulations.
Will start working next year as a nurse in a neurology unit of a local hospital. So basically I care for people with issues dealing with the brain, spinal cord and nerves so brain aneurysms, stroke, nerve damage, etc.
