Being in a world like hentai manga would get boring very quickly. Some anime worlds would be much better. Freak makes a good point though



There is nothing/no one currently in my life that I would want to place into a scenario like the ones in hentai manga. So waking up even in the hentai world would make very little difference unless a number of things and people change.

Just because we are in the anime world of our choosing does not mean the events of that storyline will happen to us or we will even meet any of the cast.
