4 months ago I was trying to come up for an account name for World of Warcraft. A friend of mine helped me find a japanese to english dictionary where I found Aka(Bloody) and Sen(Magician). I put the two words together and came up with Akasen which was suppose to mean Bloody mage or Mage of Blood (Not even close!). One day I grew curious and looked up Akasen which was the name of a japanese movie called "Akasen Chitai". Since I failed miserably at reading I went to the dictionary and got it to translate Akasen for me. Akasen appearantly means RED LIGHT DISTRICT. I was really surprised to the point I looked at the sky and asked "Wheel of fortune, why is it you give me strange names but can't give me something thousand dollars?!"

Hm, Long time no see, Fakku. My story is as follows:
For a long time, I was looking to "japanize" my name. Then I noticed Subaru sounded like my second name. And then I noticed it's a used name, so... And Hibiki because of Dan Hibiki, my favourite Street Fighter character.

Hakker, well most dutch people would think it has to do with hardcore music.... WRONG!!! Neither is it a renaming of Hacker.
I got it during my Quake days. When you play on a crappy 28k8 modem while the rest of the world already has 57K6 modems your ping is ridiculously high so all I did back then was walk around with a taped left mouse button and be lucky enough that I would hit something. Most of the times resulting in an empty gun thus resulting in walking aroud with a swinging axe. Hakker is freely translated as chopper (as in chopping wood)
