which do you prefer, original work or based off a series?

I don't prefer any of them. I can go with whatever.

I prefer original work over series. I don't like it when one of my favorite characters from a anime gets raped or ntred or some thing. I don't mind ntr or anything when its original work.

I prefer original work for some reason. I guess it just gives off that fresh new kind of feeling. The only exception is NTR.

Mmh I think stuff based on a series suite better for me, because I always wanted to explore hentai "parallels universe" of my favorite series.

Original Work, solely because my imagination for certain characters in a series may be ruined. :D

Well original work tends to be more quality (not always but usually)... But it feels really nice to see a good pairing which never happened in the original series fucking!

but i find more interesting the works based off a series with artwork similar to the
original series,the closest it is to the original source the better.

Both can be good depending, but I like to see characters I know.

Original works prove one's talent and skill for the most part otherwise based-off ones can be as similar too, if it's skillfully replicated.

Original work mostly because i don't have any preconceptions and feeling about the characters. If the writer do not make the characters fit my feeling to a character then I wont like the work. Original works don't have that problem.

Ya know this is also how I feel about some work that are based off a series. Like for instance Neon Evagalion Genesis (if I spelled it right), Naruto, DBZ, Attack on Titan (which is starting to flood the fuck outta the main page. I fucking hate it now. I saw one where it was cool and all but not some of the artists work are starting to go towards series based stories which gets old now. Meh.) Bleach etc.

I also prefer original work for some reason. LOL but I also like some work based off a series like Steins;Gate because I couldn't get enough of OkabeXKurisu in the anime.

I like both it's just that sometimes the doujinshis created based from an existing series can't do the art right. specially the face. I don't like the way they make their boobs extremely big too.
