The reasoning for the Feguson riots/protest is retarded. The looting and burning down of building didn't help either.(stupid fucking apes making anyone involved looked bad)
That being said, the militarization of the police force was also pretty stupid.

True.
I've been watching John Oliver's show lately to get a grasp of what really is happening in that part of US, since I don't trust the local news that much.

So you don't trust traditional media(reasonable, CNN edited the video with the shooting, cutting out Mike Brown going back to the officer) so you'll consult a left leaning comedian?
Yeah, totally reasonable. Next thing you'll tell me Jon Stewart and Colbert report and trustworthy sources of information.
[edit]
Again I set my grudge aside (since his last talk on the Trayvon Martin case left me pissed) and watched the 15 minute clip.
He does make a great point on the stupidity of the police force and the unnecessary militarization of the police force.
That aside his constant use of "Unarmed" was retarded. Yes, the police shot at unarmed convenience store robber who attempted to take his gun away. His complaining about how the that past robbery incident(literally minutes from the shooting) is completely irrelevant, but than shows a complete stranger talking about racism was frustrating.
I'm surprised he didn't stand up on his desk crying "RACISM, RACISM, HE DID NUFFIN WRONG" for 15 minutes straight. Oh no, a cop referred to a bunch of people who were looting and burning down stores as "animals". What a racist piece of shit.

I don't consider Stewart / Colbert as a sauce of reliable info since they make fun of them. Rather, I just watch on how they make fun of the issues.
Also, I'm not an american citizen. I don't have much friends locally to discuss this matter and base it from the local news providers (which only shows a fraction of a segment, or just a column on a broadsheet).
