The Filipino Chat Box was locked because it was a Filipino chat box. Segregation is not wanted, and since there as already a chat thread that existed long before the other was made, the thread was locked.

I didn't really mean it that way. I said it almost jokingly but, I guess I should have taken that into account.

Experienced this once maybe twice, with an Indonesian chat thread.

Kind got pissed off, when the Philippines chat box was "ignored" for a very long time, while the Indonesian one got locked in 2/3 days and was treated with the "witch hunt mind-set".
