On looks, Karin because she is just too cute!
On Power, Moka, because damn, finishing a battle in 15 fucking seconds? but thats mainly because I'm not yet far enough in Negima! to know what Eva's decent powers are.

had a hard time voting from Karin and Eva but Evangeline for me, shes stong cute and a tsundere(more of the stage of Dominatrix) and she has chachamaru (^0^)

It's hard to say. A real vamp can't do any of the things they do thus breaking the laws of vamps. I'm saying Moka as she's bad with water, has a rosario and turns others into vamps. Eva is more of a magician than a vamp its seems and Karin... I have no idea about Karin except she shoots blood.

Karin is great, but she is unlike most vampires. She can go out in the daylight, loves garlic, fears no water and crosses do nil'. She is almost like a pre-vampire, unawakened and to her kind, sorta useless. That considered, she almost doesn't even fit into this category with the others, but she has gotten to the point where biting people is necessary to get rid of her blood. Fortunately, she can still eat regular food, unlike other vamps.

a fan of negima, so my opinion is certainly biased. but even without that, i'll still pick eva. i mean, a loli vampire is just too much to ask for...and to think my request is granted....!

I am quite surprised why no one has mentioned the absence of Seras Victoria. After all, she wears a military-like uniform, loves big guns and has rather huge boobs, though it could be possibly due to her somewhat tight outfits. :D

That's true... Although Seras' big boobs (somehow manage to) take a backseat to Alucards awesome pwnage.

I mean, when you watch Hellsing, do you watch it for the spectacular tits? Partially, but mostly you're there to watch Alucard pwn some noobs.
