Yuno Gasai reminds me of my relative in Philippines who had a complete infatuation with me when I was younger. She would always text and visit me when I went to Philippines for vacation and would always cling to me when I walk around the city. Yuno's face below is what my cousin would show me when I yelled at her for following me during a date with one of my aunt's coworkers daughters. It creeped me out after I noticed she was watching me sleeping.



After that I told her that I liked someone else and she had this mixed sad/angry/serious face. She told me I always loved you. Then she kicked me in the nuts and ran home. After that, I havent seen her in a few years. Right when I was around 15, I saw see her and said hi to her. She responded to me and told me she found someone she likes, then I told her thats good to hear. So now and then, I would see her happy again. Turned out ok and found herself a boyfriend, which is good :)

It is true that she possesses some yandere traits, however, it doesn't mean that she is totally yandere. I came to the conclusion, since she wasn't obsessed to him anymore when he came back to that said country. Though, it is still not safe to say that there she doesn't have anymore feelings towards him. There are insufficient information on his statement such as the period of her obsession to him, and her age around that time. Nevertheless, I personally think she is only obsessed to him as a playmate or a precious friend, not as a lover.
