As far as I know, that is not really a yandere manga. According to what is stated on Mangafox, yandere on the context of Yandere Kanojo means yankee + dere-dere. On the other hand, yandere is a combination of two Japanese words namely yanderu (to be sick or crazy) and dere-dere (to become lovey dovey or lovestruck) which then together means to be crazy in love.

Yeah, thanks for pointing that out. I just enjoy the author's interpretation of yandere as something to not be afraid of in real life. If you put it in another perspective, the girl is a little crazy in love but on a tsundere level. True Yandere can only be expressed in Hentai.
