iuno, didn't really seem like "I'm strongest" more of just not caring in general, outside of following Aizen's orders. His aspect of death was Nihilism afterall. To me he didn't really have much of a personality and was just generic. Not sure if he really knew much about Ichigo's powers, he just was able to tell that his reiatsu was fluctuating all over the place when he was struggling against his inner hollow.
to me he came off knowing he was strong but didn't show it off, to me he seemed liked he needed someone to make him care and show some emotion, which was ichigo, plus he did seem to care about orihime

he was ended to to earlier, as soon as he got a bit interesting, they killed him off

She was sorta bland outside of being quirky and had kinda boring powers at the start. She sorta just grows on ya I think because her character didn't change too much.
