No, i mean the person who gets the money has to offer rewards to those who pledge there, obviously.
For example i follow a cosplayer on Tier 3 out of 6 tiers, thats 15$ for each photo set she uploads that month.
Lesser Tiers like Tier 1-2 for example wont get the photoset, but maybe snapchat or behind-the-scenes-infos.
Higher Tiers may recieve invites to skype call sessions, or may request cosplays within the set limits.
Thats basically how it works.
