Seems Art Quick Quick usually builds fast because of the amount of hits, but multiple Arts cards might be good too? Or is it worse unless there's 3? I haven't quite worked out what is most efficient for stuff xD

Haven't used Waver enough to know what all he does lol just know two of his abilities give NP since I've got him Ascended once.
